What does Educate, Entertain, & Enlighten mean? PDF Print E-mail

These are our Core Values

Education

As a means of broadening the scope of the Caribbean culture and its people in the Diaspora. Caribbeana values education as a way of accepting the importance of learning and knowledge, encouraging curiosity and the questioning mind, recognising the partnership between school, home and community in education, and seeing education as a life-long process.

Entertainment

As a means of exploring the Caribbean culture through a multitude of art forms, which may include performing, visual, literary, or theatrics.

Enlightenment

As a means of opening the mind to new possibilities of a diverse culture. Also providing awareness of historical and present day affairs of the Caribbean diaspora.
